The plan is that Folios evolves into a user-maintained and self-perpetuating website where participants can do things like write their own posts for all to see or organize debates. Folios' mission is to create a niche in cyberspace that will bring democratization of the world wide web one step closer for those who do not have the time to administer their own websites but who want their voice heard.
